Refund / Cancellation Policy

We thank you for investing in our program. We try our best to ensure that our students have a rewarding experience while they undergo training with us, be it an instructor-led live online program or an in-class program.

Enrolment cancellation/ Refund request terms and conditions:

As with any online purchase, there are terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. Any requests for refunds will be accepted in accordance with below mentioned guidelines:

  • H2K Infosys reserves the right to postpone/ cancel any classes or change the location of an event because of any technical reasons, insufficient enrolments, instructor illness or force major events like flood, earthquake etc.  
  • If a course is cancelled by Benchteq, a  100% refund will be made to the students.  
  • We offer users a two (2)-day , no-question-asked money back guarantee on all courses. (10% administration charges excluded) 
  • The refund should be claimed within 2 days of registration. No such request will be entertained after 3 days.

Class duration/schedule may go beyond the allotted timelines due to reasons such as the time invested in appropriately answering the questions/ doubts posed by other students in the class.

Process for requesting a refund/ cancelling an enrolment

Students seeking a refund or an enrolment cancellation, can do so by calling our training administration team on 973-333-4469 or by sending an email to [email protected]stating the reason for the refund  request/ enrolment cancellation. 

All refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the request for the refund.
